– Items must be in their original condition.

2. Return Process:

– Clearly label the package with order number, + full name number and ship the item to our location:

3. Shipping Responsibility:
– Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item to ThriftyWays.
– Use a reliable store-to-door or door-to-door service to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

4. Admin Fee:
– A 25% administrative fee of the total purchasing price will be applied to all returned goods.
– This fee covers processing, restocking, and administrative costs associated with the return.

5. Refund Process:
– Once the returned item is received and inspected, ThriftyWays will issue a refund.
– The refund will be provided to the original payment method used for the purchase.
– Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
